Today was a day of rest and recovery. We didn't get out of bed until 3pm. Sooooo.... LOOK!!! I made carrot cake for the first time. It actually came out pretty decent! I can bake! Who'da thunk?! I was so surprise at the amount of sugar that went into this cake, it's insane!
